How It Works

This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, considered one of the most accurate methods for estimating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

We then multiply your BMR by an activity factor to determine your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). This is the number of calories you burn in a day.
